Vernon George

Vernon George has completed important economic development projects across the country for many years including downtown and waterfront projects, public/private financing strategies, community and regional strategic planning assignments, a broad range of university- related assignments and important inner-city projects. He was the managing partner for Hammer, Siler, George Associates for many years and directed work for public, private and institutional clients. One major focus of his consulting practice is technology-led economic development. He sees GHG Partners as an opportunity to focus his full attention on challenging hands-on consulting assignments for selected clients, with particular emphasis on using his substantial experience to work directly and effectively with top community leadership.

Clifton Henry

Clifton Henry has worked in economic and community development for over thirty-five years with a professional practice that focuses on market and economic analysis, financial feasibility analysis, and economic impact analysis for housing, shopping center, museum, and downtown mixed use projects around the country. In this practice his clients have included private developers, city government agencies, non-profit development organizations, institutions of higher education, and religious organizations. More recently, he has utilized this experience to address economic development issues in rural communities. Most of his professional experience resulted from his work at Hammer, Siler, George Associates where he was a partner. At GHG Partners he expects to continue his work on innovative urban redevelopment projects, rural economic development initiatives, and church related economic development projects.

Timothy George

Tim George has over a decade of experience in public and private sector economic development on small community revitalization, large city downtown strategies and technology-led economic development. His early experience includes working for center city economic development, suburban county economic development and regional economic development and marketing entities. In recent years at Hammer, Siler, George Associates, many of his assignments have utilized his skills in financial analysis and financial strategy building. He has directed a variety of projects for city, county, regional and institutional clients. As one of the partners of George Henry George, he intends to continue to build innovative digital solutions to economic development challenges and the effective communication of the results.
