It is a boutique firm seeking select and challenging assignments in Real Estate Development, Strategic Planning, Technology-Led Economic Development, Urban Downtown and Waterfront Development, Neighborhood Development, and Cultural Arts. In these fields, the firm specializes in market research, financial analysis and structuring, economic impact analysis and development strategy formulation and implementation.

The firm intends to focus on a select number of assignments annually, for which it will have the opportunity to work intensively with the clients and produce superior quality products.
